| Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces: With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 12 September 2025 up to and including 18 September 2025. Krka acquired 9,065 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,990,004 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 12 September 2025: 1,929 shares at a VWAP of EUR 219.82, - on 15 September 2025: 1,961 shares at a VWAP of EUR 219.76, - on 16 September 2025: 1,902 shares at a VWAP of EUR 217.25, - on 17 September 2025: 1,349 shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.18 and - on 18 September 2025: 1,924 shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.78. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,307,668 representing 7.037% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,316,733 representing 7.065% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 19 September 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years. |
