| W nawiązaniu do raportu nr 19/2020 z dnia 21 lipca 2020 roku w sprawie ustalenia I Programu Bezprospektowych Emisji Obligacji (Program) oraz raportu nr 63/2022 z dnia 12 września 2022 roku, Zarząd KRUK S.A. informuje, że w dniu 20 grudnia 2023 r. roku podjął uchwałę w sprawie podwyższenia maksymalnej kwoty Programu. W wyniku podwyższenia maksymalna dopuszczalna łączna wartość nominalna wyemitowanych i niewykupionych obligacji w ramach Programu wynosi 2,5 mld zł. Pozostałe istotne parametry Programu, w tym brak określenia terminu jego zakończenia oraz zasady dokonywania emisji obligacji w ramach tego Programu pozostają bez zmian. |

| Current report No. 94/2023 Date of the report: December 20th 2023 Subject: Increase in maximum nominal value of bonds under First Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme Legal basis: Art. 17(1) of MAR – Inside information Text of the report: Further to Current Report No. 19/2020 of July 21st 2020 announcing the First Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme (the “Programme”) and Current Report No 63/2022 of September 12th 2022, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. announces that on December 20th 2023 it passed a resolution to increase the maximum total nominal value of bonds that can be outstanding under the Programme to PLN 2.5bn. The other material parameters of the Programme, including the indefinite termination date and the Programme terms and conditions governing issuance of bonds, will remain unchanged. |
