Jako powód rezygnacji Pan Jarosław Wróbel wskazał powołanie go do pełnienia funkcji Wiceprezesa Zarządu Grupy LOTOS S.A. |

Current Report No. 8/2021 The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", “the Company”) reports that today, i.e. February 17th 2021, Mr Jarosław Wróbel tendered his resignation from serving in the capacity of the Vice-president of the Management Board of PGNiG effective from the end of March 1st, 2021. As the reason for his resignation, Mr Jarosław Wróbel indicated his appointment as the Vice-President of the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. |
