The Executive Board of PiLab S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland, informs that on 6th August 2018, basing on resolution number 4, the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Mr Wojciech Kowalski as a new Member of the Supervisory Board, within current 3 year term.
Information referred to in § 10 paragraph 20) Exhibit 1 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations are attached.
