| Reinhold Europe AB (the Company) hereby informs that Company’s CEO – Mr. Joakim Karlsson has resigned from his position as of today. Mr. Karlsson was appointed as CEO to lead the work in restructuring Reinhold and filing the necessary reports including the annual report for 2016. This work has now been completed with great success and this is why Mr. Karlsson steps down as the CEO as of today. The recruiting process for a CEO has start. | ||||||||||||
