| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Ryvu", “Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 3 lutego 2024 r. Spółka otrzymała informację o osiągnięciu drugiego kamienia milowego w projekcie realizowanym wspólnie z amerykańską spółką Exelixis Inc. z siedzibą w Alameda, Kalifornia ("Exelixis"), w ramach umowy licencyjnej o której Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 11/2022 z 7 lipca 2022 roku ("Umowa"). Celem wskazanej Umowy jest opracowanie nowatorskich terapii celowanych, wykorzystujących opracowaną przez Ryvu technologię STING (STimulator of INterferon Genes). Zgodnie z Umową, z tytułu osiągnięcia drugiego kamienia milowego Ryvu jest uprawnione do otrzymania płatności od Exelixis w wysokości 2 mln USD (co stanowi równowartość kwoty 7 928 200 PLN przeliczonej po kursie średnim NBP z dnia 2 lutego 2024 r., 1 USD = 3,9641 PLN). |

| Achievement of the second milestone under license agreement with Exelixis Inc. The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Ryvu", “Company”), announces that on February 3, 2024 the Company has received a notice that the second milestone has been achieved in the research collaboration with Exelixis Inc. with its registered office in Alameda, California ("Exelixis") under the license agreement, which was reported by the Company in current report 11/2022 dated July 7, 2022 (the “Agreement”). The purpose of the Agreement is to develop novel targeted therapies using the STING (STimulator of INterferon Genes) technology developed by Ryvu. Based on the achievement of the milestone, Ryvu is entitled to receive a payment of USD 2 million (PLN 7 928 200 converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on February 2, 2024, 1 USD = 3.9641 PLN).
