Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 412F, route d’Esch, L-2086 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the "Company"), hereby provides update on coal production in July 2011: - Sales volume in July decreased by 26.5% as a reflection of seasonal demand slowdown - Production of coal at mines increased 45.6% year to year and 9.7% month to month For detailed information about production volume please see attached file.
