PRESS RELEASE UNICREDIT: CHAIRMAN DIETER RAMPL NOT AVAILABLE FOR A NEW MANDATE UniCredit announces that on February 28th, 2012 Chairman Dieter Rampl informed the Board of Directors of his decision not to be available for a further mandate. The Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Management warmly thanked Dieter Rampl for his role and personal contribution to make UniCredit one of the most important European banking groups since its combination with HVB in 2005.
