PRESS RELEASE Composition of share capital UniCredit informs the public on the new composition of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) as a result of the free capital increase for Euro 2,499,217,969.50, resolved on by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 15th December 2011, through the allocation to capital of an equivalent amount drawn from the “issue-premium reserve", to be carried out in the form of an increase in the nominal value of the existing ordinary and savings shares from €. 0,50 to €. 0,629503286513827. The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting also resolved on the elimination of the per-share nominal value of the ordinary and savings shares. The resolutions have been filed with the Companies’ Register on December 21 2011. Full version of press release in attachment.
