eCard plans to get out of the red in 2007

Investors have had the chance to subscribe for the stock of eCard since last Tuesday. eCard specializes in running CNP transactions when the credit card is not directly shown, like internet transfers or transfers via mobiles. Subscription will end on June 30. The company is not profitable yet.

“This year we have big costs connected to employing people, implementing new projects and fighting for the market share”, Konrad Korobowicz, eCard CEO said.

That’s why the company will have had PLN 873,000 (EUR 212.139) of net loss this year. However, the company has 91 percent market share.

 

The management expects that the year 2007 will be much better. The company forecasts that sales will grow 182.7 percent to PLN 26m and the firm will have PLN 1.5m of net income.
