| Podstawa prawna: Luksemburska ustawa z dnia 24 maja 2011 r. implementująca dyrektywę 2007/36 WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 11 lipca 2007 r. w sprawie wykonywania niektórych praw akcjonariuszy spółek giełdowych (z późn. zm.). Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu (“Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w załączniku do raportu bieżącego nr 36/2022 z dnia 27 października 2022 r. zidentyfikowano omyłkę pisarską. Omyłka spowodowała zaniżenie liczby ważnie oddanych głosów i odpowiadającego jej udziału w kapitale zakładowym oraz liczby głosów oddanych za uchwałą. Sprostowanie omyłki zwiększyło liczbę głosów „za” o 174 000 głosów i jako takie nie ma wpływu na wynik głosowania. Skorygowane liczby znajdują się w załączniku do niniejszego raportu. | 27 October 2022 Current report No. 37/2022 Legal basis: Luxembourg Law of 24 May 2011 implementing the Directive 2007/36 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 on the exercise of certain rights of shareholders of listed companies, as amended. Title: Correction of a minor error in the attachment to the current report No. 36/2022 The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that it has identified a minor error in the attachment to the current report No. 36/2022 of 27 October 2022. The error has had the effect of understating numbers of votes which have been validly cast and the corresponding proportion of the share capital, as well as the number of votes cast in favour of the resolution. The correction of the error has increased the number of votes in favour by 174,000 votes and as such has no impact on the result of the vote. The corrected numbers are included in the attachment to this report.
