Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. informuje o akcjonariuszach posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy, które odbyło się w dniu 28 czerwca 2007 roku:

1) International Restaurant Investments LLC (IRI) z siedzibą: Indiana, 7100 West Jefferson Boulevard, USA; 4 756 850 głosów, tj. 76,87% głosów na tym walnym zgromadzeniu oraz 35,24% ogólnej liczby głosów.

2) ING Nationale-Nederlanden Polska OFE z siedzibą w Warszawie, 00-406, ul. Ludna 2, Polska; 750 000 głosów, tj. 12,12% głosów na tym walnym zgromadzeniu oraz 5,56% ogólnej liczby głosów.
