| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w opublikowanym skonsolidowanym raporcie rocznym Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper za rok 2023, z przyczyn technicznych powstałych w momencie konwersji polskiej wersji dokumentu „Grupa Kapitałowa Arctic Paper Sprawozdanie Zarządu 2023” („Sprawozdanie Zarządu”) na plik xhtml, powstał niepełny dokument powyższego Sprawozdania, w którym zabrakło ostatnich stron tj. stron od 46 do 64. Zarząd Spółki niniejszym informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym ponownie opublikuje skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper za rok 2023 wraz ze sprawozdaniem biegłego rewidenta, w którym Skonsolidowane Sprawozdanie Zarządu sporządzone w formacie xhtml uzupełnione zostanie o brakujące strony, tj. strony od 46 do 64. Zarząd informuje, że żadne dane finansowe zawarte w skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym za rok 2023 nie zostały zmienione w stosunku do pierwotnej wersji raportu. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: § 15 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| Current report number 11/2024 Dated: May 21st 2024 Subject: Amendment of the Polish version of the Consolidated Management Board's Report on activities for 2023 - correction of the consolidated annual report of the Arctic Paper Capital Group for 2023. General legal basis: Art. 56 sec.1 p.2 of the Act on the Offering – current and periodic information Content: The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the "Company") informs that in the published consolidated annual report of the Arctic Paper Capital Group for 2023, due to technical reasons arising at the time of converting the Polish version of the document "Arctic Paper Capital Group Management Board Report 2023" ("Management Report") into an xhtml file, an incomplete document of the above Report was created, which was missing the last pages, i.e. pages from 46 to 64. The Management Board of the Company hereby informs that today it will re-publish the consolidated annual report of the Arctic Paper Capital Group for 2023 together with the auditor's report, in which the Consolidated Management Report in xhtml format will be supplemented with the missing pages, i.e. pages 46 to 64. The Management Board informs that no financial data included in the consolidated financial statements for 2023 have been changed in relation to the original version of the report.
