Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie informuje, że w dniu 17 marca 2023 roku zawarł znaczącą umowę (Umowa) ze spółką grupy Kepler Interactive.

Na podstawie zawartej Umowy Carbon Studio stworzy tytuł VR na podstawie istniejącej już gry wydanej na inne urządzenia, dla jednego ze studiów grupy (Gra). Koszt przeniesienia Gry na platformy VR pokryje przedmiotowa spółka z grupy Kepler Interactive, a po wydaniu Emitent będzie uczestniczył w podziale zysków z gry (udział w przychodach). Więcej szczegółów odnośnie Umowy, w tym data premiery Gry na poszczególnych platformach, zostanie podana w odrębnym komunikacie ESPI w momencie jej ujawnienia przez wydawcę.

Spółka uznała niniejszą informację ze względu na wartość zlecenia oraz potencjalny dochód pochodzący z udziału w przychodach, jak również z uwagi na rozpoczęcie współpracy z grupą Kepler Interactive, co jest istotne w zakresie perspektyw rozwoju Emitenta.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Signing of the contract for the creation of the game port Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A. based in Chorzów, hereby informs that on March 17, 2023, it concluded a significant agreement (Agreement) with a member of the Kepler Interactive group.Pursuant to the concluded Agreement, Carbon Studio will create a VR title for one of the group’s studios (the Game). The cost of transferring the Game to the VR platforms will be covered by the company from the Kepler Interactive group, and after the release, the Issuer will participate in the division of profits from the game (revenue share). The release date of the Game on the respective platforms will be announced in a separate ESPI announcement at the time of its disclosure by the publisher.The Company recognized this information due to the value of the order and the potential income from the share in revenues, as well as due to the commencement of cooperation with the Kepler Interactive group, which is important in terms of the Issuer's development prospects.Legal basis: Article 17 1 of the MAR
