| Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie informuje, że w dniu 19 kwietnia 2023 roku zawarł umowę “Umowa” ze spółką Pico Immersive Pte. Ltd. z siedzibą w Singapurze dotyczącą stworzenia portu gry “Crimen - Mercenary Tales” na gogle którego Pico jest producentem. Umowa przewiduje pokrycie przez Pico kosztów portu, tłumaczeń na języki wymagane przez partnera oraz kosztów marketingowych związanych z dystrybucją na platformie sprzedaży kontrahenta. Spółka informuje jednocześnie, że “Crimen - Mercenary Tales” ukaże się na platformie Pico i urządzenia Pico NEO 3 oraz PICO 4 w tym samym dniu co na wspomniane w ESPI 3/2023 gogle Meta Quest 2. Poszerzenie rynków zbytu na rynki dalekowschodnie może mieć pozytywny wpływ na sprzedaż projektu. Emitent będzie czerpać zyski w formie standardowej dla platformy. |

| Signing an agreement with Pico Immersive Pte. Ltd. to create a port of Crimen - Mercenary Tales Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A. with its registered office in Chorzów informs that on April 19, 2023 it concluded the "Agreement" with Pico Immersive Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore regarding the creation of a port of the game "Crimen - Mercenary Tales" for goggles of which Pico is the producer. The agreement provides for Pico to cover the costs of the port, translations into languages required by the partner and marketing costs related to distribution on the contractor's sales platform.The company also informs that "Crimen - Mercenary Tales" will be released on the Pico platform and Pico NEO 3 and PICO 4 devices on the same day as the Meta Quest 2 goggles mentioned in ESPI 3/2023. The expansion of sales markets to Far Eastern markets may have a positive impact on project sales. The issuer will receive profits in the form standard for the platform.
