| Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 24 lipca 2023 r. wpłynęło do Spółki zawiadomienie na podstawie art. 69 ust. 2 pkt 1 lit. a), art. 69a ust. 1 pkt 3 oraz art. 69b ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych skierowane do Spółki przez pełnomocnika Zawiadamiających: Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS z siedzibą w Luksemburgu, Active Ownership Corporation S.à.r.l. z siedzibą w Luksemburgu, Active Ownership Capital S.à.r.l. z siedzibą w Luksemburgu, Active Ownership Advisors GmbH z siedzibą we Frankfurcie, Active Ownership Investments Ltd. z siedzibą w Limassol, Pana Floriana Schuhbauera, Active Ownership LP z siedzibą w Limassol, Active Ownership Management Ltd. z siedzibą w Limassol oraz Pana Klausa Röhriga (łącznie „Zawiadamiający”). | Current Report No. 32/2023 Date: 24 July 2023 Subject: Notification pursuant to Article 69, Article 69a and Article 69b of the Public Offering Act Legal basis: Article 70 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering – acquisition or disposal of a significant block of shares The Management Board of CI Games, SE with its registered seat in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 24 July 2023 the Company received a notification from attorney-at-fact of the following Notifying Parties: Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS based in Luxembourg, Active Ownership Corporation S.à.r.l. based in Luxembourg, Active Ownership Capital S.à.r.l. based in Luxembourg, Active Ownership Advisors GmbH based in Frankfurt, Active Ownership Investments Ltd. based in Limassol, Mr. Florian Schuhbauer, Active Ownership LP based in Limassol, Active Ownership Management Ltd. based in Limassol, and Mr. Klaus Röhrig (jointly the “Notifying Parties”), based on Article 69(2)(1)(a), Article 69a(1)(3) and Article 69b(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
