Huuuge, Inc. ("Emitent") niniejszym informuje, że w następstwie oceny aktywów Emitenta dokonanej w trakcie przygotowywania sprawozdania finansowego i raportu rocznego za okres kończący się 31 grudnia 2024 r. (zgodnie z wymogami MSR 36), Emitent przeprowadził test na możliwą utratę wartości aktywa związanego z inwestycją w Bananaz Studios Ltd. w formie prostej umowy o przyszły kapitał ("SAFE", "Aktywo"). Wyniki tego testu wykazały utratę wartości Aktywa. W związku z tym Emitent obniży wartość księgową Aktywa o 3,5 miliona USD do zera.
W konsekwencji, odpowiedni odpis z tytułu utraty wartości zostanie ujęty w skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym grupy Emitenta oraz jednostkowym sprawozdaniu finansowym Emitenta za rok zakończony 31 grudnia 2024 r. Odpis z tytułu utraty wartości obniży wyniki operacyjne grupy Emitenta, ale nie wpłynie na jej przepływy pieniężne z działalności operacyjnej ani pozycję płynnościową. Emitent potwierdza, że skorygowana EBITDA grupy Emitenta nie zostanie dotknięta w wyniku powyższego.
Emitent zdecydował również o podjęciu działań zmierzających do zaprzestania dalszego finansowania Bananaz Studios Ltd.
Wartości przedstawione w niniejszym Raporcie Bieżącym odzwierciedlają bieżące dane zarządcze. Ostateczna wartość odpisu aktywa oraz wyniki operacyjne Grupy i jej sytuacja finansowa zostaną przedstawione w zaudytowanym skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym Grupy oraz jednostkowym sprawozdaniu finansowym Emitenta za rok 2024.

(the “Issuer”), hereby informs that, following an evaluation of the Issuer’s asset made in the course of preparing the financial statements and the annual report for the period ending December 31, 2024 (as required by IAS 36), the Issuer has performed an impairment test of the carrying value of the asset associated with the investment in Bananaz Studios Ltd. in the form of a simple agreement for future equity (the “SAFE”, the “Asset”). The results of this test indicated a loss to the Asset’s value. Accordingly, the Issuer will reduce the carrying value of the Asset by USD 3.5 million to zero.</font></span> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.3800000000000001; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt"> <span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Roboto,sans-serif" color="#000000">As a consequence, a corresponding impairment loss will be recognised in the Issuer’s group consolidated and the Issuer’s separate financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. The impairment loss will decrease the operating results of the Issuer’s group but will not impact its operating cash flow or liquidity position.
