Zarząd IPOPEMA Securities S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu dzisiejszym zawiadomienia od SSIF Swiss Capital SA („Swiss Capital”) z siedzibą w Bukareszcie (Rumunia) o zmianie stanu posiadania akcji Spółki przez Swiss Capital, w wyniku której Swiss Capital w dniu 25 stycznia 2021 r. zmniejszył udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce poniżej 5%.

Zgodnie z treścią otrzymanego zawiadomienia Swiss Capital posiadał przed 25 stycznia 2021 r. 1.539.039 (słownie: jeden milion pięćset trzydzieści dziewięć tysięcy trzydzieści dziewięć) akcji Spółki uprawniających do takiej samej liczby głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, co stanowi 5,14% kapitału zakładowego i ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu.

Obecnie Swiss Capital posiada 1.401.189 (słownie: jeden milion czterysta jeden tysięcy sto osiemdziesiąt dziewięć) akcji Spółki uprawniających do takiej samej (tj. 1.401.189) liczby głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu, co stanowi odpowiednio 4,68% kapitału zakładowego (liczby wyemitowanych akcji) oraz ogólnej liczby głosów.

Jednocześnie Swiss Capital poinformował Spółkę, że nie występują podmioty dominujące lub zależne od Swiss Capital posiadające akcje Spółki.

	Notification on the change in holding of number of shares and votes at the general meeting The Management Board of IPOPEMA Securities S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that today it was notified, that SSIF Swiss Capital SA ("Swiss Capital") with its registered office in Bucharest (Romania) changed its holding of the Company’s shares, as a result of which on 25 January 2021 Swiss Capital decreased its holding of the Company's shares and votes at the Company's general meeting below the 5% threshold.In accordance with the above-mentioned notification, before 25 January 2021 Swiss Capital held 1,539,039 (in words: one million five hundred and thirty-nine thousand thirty-nine) Company shares entitling it to the same number of votes at the Company’s general meeting, which constituted a 5.14% share in its share capital and the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company.Currently Swiss Capital holds 1,401,189 (in words: one million four hundred and one thousand one hundred eighty-nine) Company shares entitling it to the same number of votes at the Company’s general meeting, which constitutes a 4.68% respective share in its capital (number of issued shares) and the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company.Swiss Capital also informed the Company that there are no entities controlling or controlled by Swiss Capital with exposure to Company’s shares.
