Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. [„JSW”, „Spółka”] w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 93/2025 w sprawie rozpoczęcia przygotowań do procesu restrukturyzacji biznesowej JSW, informuje, że w wyniku przeprowadzonych analiz w obszarze produkcyjno-handlowym, które mają stanowić podstawę założeń Planu restrukturyzacji biznesowej JSW [„Plan”], przewidywany roczny poziom wydobycia węgla ogółem wyniesie ok. 13,5 mln ton w roku 2026. O kolejnych istotnych kwestiach dotyczących Planu, Spółka poinformuje w trybie stosownych raportów bieżących. |

Subject: Information on the projected level of production in 2026 Body of the report: With reference to Current Report No. 93/2025 on the commencement of preparations for the JSW business restructuring process, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW," "Company"] hereby reports that as a result of analyses conducted in the area of production and sales aimed to provide the basis for the assumptions of the JSW Business Restructuring Plan ["Plan"], the projected total annual coal production level in 2026 will amount to approx. 13,5 million tons. The Company will provide information on other important issues concerning the Plan in the form of relevant current reports. Legal basis: Article 17[1] of Regulation [EU] No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse and Repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
