According to Article 386 of Slovenian Market in Financial Instruments Act (Zakon o trgu finančnih instrumentov) the company Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereinafter Krka) informs the shareholders and public that on 16 April 2012 it has received a decision of the Securities market Agency with which it determined that the bellow entities are acting in concert, achieve and exceed the takeover threshold and with the same date prohibits Krka the exercise of voting rights in the target company Krka to the following entities: 1. SLOVENSKA ODŠKODNINSKA DRUŽBA, d. d., Ljubljana, from 5.312.070 shares or 14,99 per cent share of shares of Krka with voting right, 2. KAPITALSKA DRUŽBA pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja, d. d., Ljubljana, from 3.493.030 shares or 9,86 per cent share of shares of Krka with voting right, 3. LUKA KOPER, pristaniški in logistični sistem, d. d., Koper, from 433.970 shares or 1,22 per cent share of shares of Krka with voting right, 4. ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV, d. d., Ljubljana, from 495.140 shares or 1,39 per cent share of shares of Krka with voting right, 5. KBM FINEKO, družba za finančne storitve, trženje in svetovanje, d. o. o. - Skupina Nove KBM Maribor, Maribor, from 3.380 shares or 0,01 per cent share of shares of Krka with voting right, 6. AERODROM LJUBLJANA d. d., Brnik, from 1.386 shares or 0,004 per cent share of shares of Krka with voting right, until the above stated entities together, one among them in the name of and for the account of all, or more of them in the name of and for the account of all, announce a takeover offer for the shares of the target company Krka according to Slovenian Takeovers Act (Zakon o prevzemih) or until they dispose of shares KRKG so that they no longer achieve the takeover threshold together, one or more of them.
