| Działając zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] (Rozporządzenie) Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Spółka, Emitent) podaje do publicznej wiadomości daty przekazywania raportów okresowych KRUK S.A. w roku obrotowym 2024: - Skonsolidowany raport za IV kwartał 2023 roku zostanie opublikowany 27 lutego 2024 roku, - Jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2023 rok zostaną opublikowane 27 marca 2024 roku, - Skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2024 roku zostanie opublikowany 8 maja 2024 roku, - Zgodnie z § 79 ust.2 Rozporządzenia, raport kwartalny za II kwartał 2024 roku nie będzie publikowany. - Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2024 roku zostanie opublikowany 27 sierpnia 2024 roku. - Skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2024 roku zostanie opublikowany 29 października 2024 roku. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż w roku 2024 kontynuować będzie przekazywanie skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających kwartalną informację finansową, o której mowa w § 62. ust. 1 Rozporządzenia oraz skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, w miejsce publikacji odrębnych jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów odpowiednio kwartalnych i półrocznych. |

| Current report No. 87/2023 Date: December 11th 2023 Subject: Dates of publication of interim reports in 2024 Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act – Current and periodic information Text of the report: Acting pursuant to Par. 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th 2018 on current and periodic information (the “Regulation”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces the release dates for the Company’s full-year and interim reports to be published in the financial year 2024: - Consolidated Q4 2023 report will be published on February 27th 2024, - Separate and consolidated full-year reports for 2023 will be published on March 27th 2024, - Consolidated Q1 2024 report will be published on May 8th 2024, - In accordance with § 79.2 of the Regulation, the quarterly report for the Q2 2024 will not be published. - Consolidated H1 2024 report will be published on August 27th 2024, - Consolidated Q3 2024 report will be published on October 29th 2024. The Company further announces that in 2024 it will continue to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in Par. 62.1 of the Regulation and a consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements referred to in Par. 62.3 of the Resolution instead of separately publishing quarterly and half-year consolidated and separate reports. |
