| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 36/2018 z dnia 1 czerwca 2018 r. oraz nr 46/2019 z dnia 21 czerwca 2019 r. w sprawie złożenia i przyjęcia do oceny wniosku o pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu leku pod roboczą nazwą MabionCD20przez Europejską Agencję Leków („EMA”), Zarząd Mabion S.A. ("Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 24 kwietnia 2019 r. złożył odpowiedzi na pytania EMA otrzymane w ramach etapu Dnia 120 procedury rejestracyjnej leku MabionCD20 w EMA. Złożenie odpowiedzi na pytania EMA (Dzień 121) pozwala na kontynuację oceny wniosku przez Agencję. Spółka informuje, że złożenie odpowiedzi, o których mowa w ww. raporcie nie gwarantuje zatwierdzenia produktu przez Europejską Agencję Leków. |

| Submission of answers as part of the registration procedure for MabionCD20 at the European Medicines Agency With reference to Current Reports no. 36/2018 of 1 June 2018 and no. 46/2019 of 21 June 2019 on the submission and acceptance for assessment of the market authorisation application for the medicine with the working name MabionCD20 by the European Medicines Agency ("EMA"), the Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on April 24, 2019 it submitted answers to the EMA questions received as part of the Day 120 stage of the registration procedure for the MabionCD20 drug at the EMA. The submission of answers to the EMA questions (Day 121) makes it possible for the Agency to further the application assessment. The Company informs that submitting the answers referred to in the above mentioned report does not guarantee that the product will be approved by the European Medicines Agency. |
