| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 25 marca 2024 r. otrzymał informację o uwzględnieniu przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości ("PARP") odwołania Spółki od negatywnej oceny projektu pod nazwą "ONCO Prime: nowe możliwości personalizowanej terapii przeciwnowotworowej w oparciu o hodowlę komórek pierwotnych od pacjenta, charakteryzację omiczną i testy funkcjonalne" ("Projekt") oraz o uwzględnieniu przez PARP Projektu Spółki na zaktualizowanej liście projektów rekomendowanych do dofinansowania w ramach Działanie Ścieżka SMART 1 nabór 2023 FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/23/2023, po zakończonej procedurze odwoławczej. Projekt ONCO Prime stanowi istotny element realizacji planów Spółki w obszarze projektów fazy wczesnej. Budowa nowej platformy odkrywania innowacyjnych celów terapeutycznych z wykorzystaniem unikatowych pierwotnych hodowli komórek nowotworowych wyizolowanych bezpośrednio od pacjentów, otworzy zupełnie nowe możliwości identyfikacji nowych i unikalnych celów białkowych zasilających wczesne portfolio onkologiczne Ryvu, molekularnej klasyfikacji chorych oraz testowania leków rozwijanych w ramach już istniejących projektów Spółki. Platforma ONCO Prime stanie się źródłem nowych modeli nowotworów o najwyższym potencjale translacyjnym, zawierającym historię choroby, dane histopatologiczne, genomiczne i transkryptomiczne. Dodatkowo, umożliwi korelację danych klinicznych i molekularnych wspierając identyfikację pacjentów wrażliwych na rozwijane w Ryvu terapie. - całkowita wartość Projektu (koszty kwalifikowane): 39 176 251,50 zł; - rekomendowana wartość dofinansowania Projektu: 26 339 315,38 zł; - początek realizacji Projektu: maj 2023 r.; - maksymalny czas trwania Projektu: 56 miesięcy. W przypadku zawarcia właściwej umowy dofinansowania i realizacji Projektu, przyznane dofinansowanie może ograniczyć wykorzystanie środków własnych Spółki. O zawarciu właściwej umowy dofinansowania z PARP, a także o innych istotnych zdarzeniach związanych z Projektem, Spółka informować będzie w formie raportów bieżących. |

| Ryvu project recommended for funding by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, Poland ("Company") informs that on March 25, 2024, it received an information about the inclusion by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development ("PARP") of the Company’s protest against the negative assessment of the Company's project under the name "ONCO Prime: new possibilities for personalised anticancer therapy based on patient-derived primary cell cultures, omics characterisation and functional assays" ("Project") and the inclusion by PARP of the Company's Project on the updated list of projects recommended for funding under the SMART Track 1st call 2023 FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/23/2023, after the completed appeal procedure. The ONCO Prime Project is a significant component in the implementation of the Company's plans in the early pipeline projects. The construction of a new platform for the discovery of innovative therapeutic targets using the unique patient-derived primary cancer cell cultures will open up entirely new possibilities for identifying new and unique protein targets enriching Ryvu's early-stage oncology portfolio, molecular classification of patients, and drug testing within the framework of the Company's existing projects. The ONCO Prime platform will become a source of innovative cancer models with the highest translational potential containing disease history, histopathological, genomic and transcriptomic data. Additionally, it will enable the correlation of clinical and molecular data, supporting the identification of patients sensitive to therapies developed by Ryvu. - the total value of the Project (qualified costs): PLN 39 176 251.50; - recommended amount of the funding for the Project: PLN 26 339 315.38; - start of the Project implementation: May 2023; - maximum Project duration: 56 months. In case the funding agreement is concluded and the Project is implemented, the granted funding may limit the use of the Company's own funds. The Company will announce the conclusion of the relevant funding agreement with PARP, as well as other significant events related to the Project, in the form of current reports.
