Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 65, boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte L–1331 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the “Company"), hereby provides update on coal production in May 2013: • In May 2013 Group mines continued to operate in sustaining mode to maintain safety conditions of underground mining. • 1,399 tonnes of coal concentrate produced at recycling factory, 19% lower than in previous month. • PC Interdon sold 3,647 tonnes of coal recovered from coal waste, compared to 487 tonnes in previous month.
