Notice to the Noteholders “€500,000,000 CALLABLE LOWER TIER II SUBORDINATED FIXED TO FLOATING RATE NOTES DUE 2016" ISIN XS0267704087 With reference to the above issue, UniCredit S.p.A. in accordance with the relevant Final Terms, having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, will exercise its option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 20 September 2011 (the “Early Redemption Date").
