Zarząd Agory SA z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 16 września 2010 roku Spółka otrzymała od Banku Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. pismo potwierdzające spełnienie warunków wstępnych dla udzielenia Spółce dostępnej transzy Kredytu z Umowy kredytowej ("Umowa") z Bankiem Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.
Agora SA informowała o podpisaniu powyższej Umowy w raporcie bieżącym nr 9/2002 z dnia 5 kwietnia 2002 roku.
Zarząd Spółki informuje również, że Spółka zawarła w dniu 16 września 2010 roku Aneks nr 11 ("Aneks") do Umowy z Bankiem Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. Zgodnie z dotychczasowymi warunkami Umowy, w tym postanowieniami aneksu nr 10 (raport bieżący nr 6/2010 z dnia 2 marca 2010 roku), Spółka dysponuje linią kredytową w wysokości 200.000.000 (dwieście milionów) zł, którą może wykorzystać do dnia 31 maja 2011 roku.

Na mocy Aneksu strony obniżyły marżę banku w odniesieniu do części Kredytu przeznaczonej na refinansowanie transakcji zakupu większościowego pakietu akcji spółki Centrum Filmowe Helios S.A.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Annex no. 11 to the loan agreement with Pekao S.A. fulfillment of conditions necessary to grant the Company the available loan installment. The Management Board of Agora SA ("the Company") with its registered seat in Warsaw informs that on September 16, 2010 it was provided with the letter from the Bank Pekao S.A. (“Bank") that confirms meeting the conditions necessary for granting the loan installment available to the Company based on the loan agreement (“Agreement") with the Bank Pekao S.A.Agora SA informed about signing the aforementioned Agreement in the current report no. 9/2002 dated April 5, 2002. The Management Board of Agora SA informs also that on September 16, 2010 the Company executed annex no. 11 (‘Annex’) to the Agreement with the Bank Pekao S.A. In compliance with the Agreement, including the provisions of annex no. 10 (current report no. 6/2010 dated March 2, 2010), the Company has the credit line in the amount of PLN 200,000,000 (two hundred million), which may be used by May 31, 2011.By means of Annex no. 11 the parties to the Agreement decreased the bank’s commission in relation to the certain amount of the loan dedicated to refinancing the purchase of majority stake in the company Centrum Filmowe Helios S.A.
