AGROLIGA: Acquisition of an Ukrainian agricultural company

The Board of Directors of Agroliga Group PLC (“the Company") informs that on 26 July 2011 the company signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of an agricultural company with land bank of 1500 ha based in Kharkov district. Under the agreement a value of the acquired entity has been set at 500 ths euro which the Issuer financed from own resources.
The new company will become a part of Agroliga Group PLC and thus improve the resource base and the profitability of agricultural holding. With the purchase of a new company, the Company will also increase its production capacity in the sector of agricultural crops.
