Treść raportu:
Zarząd Alior Bank S.A. („Bank”) informuje, że Rada Nadzorcza Banku powołała w dniu 3 kwietnia 2023 r., ze skutkiem od dnia 4 kwietnia 2023 r. Pana Pawła Broniewskiego w skład Zarządu Banku trzyletniej V kadencji wspólnej, która rozpoczęła się z dniem 30 czerwca 2020 r., na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku.

Życiorys powołanego Członka Zarządu Banku stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

Zgodnie ze złożonym oświadczeniem, powołany Członek Zarządu Banku nie wykonuje działalności konkurencyjnej wobec Banku, jak i nie uczestniczy w podmiotach konkurencyjnych jako wspólnik spółek cywilnych, osobowych, ani też jako członek organów spółek kapitałowych lub innych, konkurencyjnych osób prawnych.

Zgodnie ze złożonym oświadczeniem, powołany Członek Zarządu Banku nie figuruje w Krajowym Rejestrze Zadłużonych, prowadzonym na podstawie ustawy z dnia 6 grudnia 2018 r. o Krajowym Rejestrze Zadłużonych.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt 5 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. 2018 poz.757).

Appointment of the Member of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.The
Management Board of Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs
that the Bank's Supervisory Board appointed on April 3rd, 2023, with
effect from April 4th, 2023, Mr. Paweł Broniewski to the composition of
the Management Board of the Bank for the current three-year joint V-
term of the office of the Bank's Management Board, which started as of
June 30, 2020, to the function of Vice-Presidents of the Bank's
Management Board.


Biographical note of the appointed Member of the Management Board is
presented in the attachment to this report.


According to the submitted statement, the appointed member of the Bank's
Management Board does not perform any activity competitive to the Bank,
and does not participate in competitive entities as partner in civil or
personal partnership, or as a member of the corporate bodies or other
competitive legal entities.


According to the submitted statements, the appointed member of the
Bank's Management Board is also not registered in the National Register
of Debtors kept on the basis of the Act of December 6th, 2018, on the
National Register of Debtors.


Legal basis: § 5 para 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of
March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information published by issuers
of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information
required by the laws of a non-member state.
