| Podstawa prawna: Artykuł 14 luksemburskiej ustawy o wymogach przejrzystości w odniesieniu do informacji o emitentach, których papiery wartościowe są dopuszczone do obrotu na rynku regulowanym (“Luksemburska ustawa o przejrzystości”) Rada dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") informuje, że w związku z podwyższeniem kapitału zakładowego Spółki o kwotę 336 490,39 PLN w związku z nabyciem udziałów w Mall Group a.s. i WE|DO CZ s.r.o., o którym Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 16/2022 z dnia 1 kwietnia 2022 r., Spółka podaje do publicznej wiadomości informację o ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce, w formie Aneksu B („Dokument”) z dnia 25 kwietnia 2022 r., zgodnie z art. 14 luksemburskiej ustawy o przejrzystości. Łączna liczba akcji oraz ogólna liczba głosów w Spółce wynosi obecnie 1 056 904 853. Dokument został załączony do niniejszego raportu. | 25 April 2022 Current report No. 20/2022 Title: Disclosure of the total number of voting rights in Allegro.eu Legal basis: Article 14 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Luxembourg Transparency Law") The board of directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that, following the increase of the Company's share capital by an amount of PLN 336,490.39 in relation to the acquisition of the shares in Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o., which was the subject of current report No. 16/2022 of 1 April 2022, the Company disclosed to the public the total number of voting rights in the Company in the form of Annex B (the “Document”) of 25 April 2022 in accordance with article 14 of the Luxembourg Transparency Law. The current total number of shares, as well as the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,056,904,853. The Document has been attached to this report.
