| Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu (“Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 2/2022 z dnia 13 stycznia 2022 r. niniejszym informuje, że skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za okresy 3 i 9 miesięcy zakończonych 30 września 2022 r., którego termin publikacji wyznaczono pierwotnie na 24 listopada 2022 r. (przed otwarciem sesji Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie), zostanie opublikowany w dniu 30 listopada 2022 r. (przed otwarciem sesji Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie). Przesunięcie daty publikacji raportu jest związane z tym, że Rada Dyrektorów potrzebuje więcej czasu na podjęcie decyzji w kwestiach wymagających zarządczego osądu niezbędnego do finalizacji śródrocznego skróconego skonsolidowanego raportu Grupy. | 17 November 2022 Current report No. 38/2022 Legal basis: Art. 17 of MAR - inside information Title: Change of the publication date of the report for the 3rd quarter of 2022 The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") in reference to current report No. 2/2022 of 13 January 2022, hereby informs that the consolidated quarterly report for the 3- and 9-month periods ended 30 September 2022, the publication date of which was originally set for 24 November 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening), will be published on 30 November 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening). The change of the report’s publication date is related to the fact that the Board of Directors requires more time to conclude on certain matters of management judgement necessary to finalise the Group’s interim condensed consolidated financial statements.
