Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") informuje, że powziął informację o podwyższeniu kapitału spółki zależnej AmRest Kft ("AmRest Węgry"). Kapitał AmRest Węgry został zwiększony łącznie o HUF 499.000.000 w formie wkładów pieniężnych dokonanych przez AmRest Sp. z o.o. ("AmRest Polska"). Po rejestracji zmiany w dniu 7 listopada 2008 roku, przez sąd w Budapeszcie, wysokość kapitału zakładowego AmRest Węgry wynosi HUF 1.823.000.000. Po tej zmianie 100% udziałowcem AmRest Węgry jest nadal AmRest Polska.

	Regulatory Announcemenyt 80/2008 dated 17 November 2008 ; Increased amount of share capital of AmRest Hungary ; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest") informs that it was notified about the increase in the amount of capital of its subsidiary AmRest Kft (“AmRest Hungary"). The share capital of AmRest Hungary was increased by total of HUF 499,000,000 through cash contributions made by AmRest Sp. z o.o. (“AmRest Poland"). Following the registration of the change on 7 November 2008, by the court in Budapest, the share capital of AmRest Hungary amounts to HUF 1,823,000,000.
