| Zarząd Benefit Systems S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (‘Spółka’), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 24/2016 z dnia 20 lipca 2016 r. informuje, że liczba aktywnych kart sportowych w Grupie Kapitałowej Spółki na koniec 3 kwartału 2020 wyniosła 1 056,3 tys. szt. (w tym 766,3 tys. szt. w Polsce oraz 290,1 tys. szt. na rynkach zagranicznych). Na koniec 3 kwartału 2019 r. liczba kart sportowych wynosiła 1 336,1 tys. szt. (w tym 1 046,5 tys. szt. w Polsce oraz 289,6 tys. szt. na rynkach zagranicznych) Na 1 października 2020 r. liczba aktywnych kart sportowych w Grupie Kapitałowej Spółki wyniosła 1 109,2 tys. szt. (w tym 807,8 tys. szt. w Polsce oraz 301,3 tys. szt. na rynkach zagranicznych). |

| Information on active sport cards’ number Further to current report No. 24/2016 of 20 July 2016, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company”) informs that as of end of 3Q 2020, the number of active sports cards in the capital group of the Company amounted to 1,056.3 thousand pcs. (of which 766.3 thousand pcs. in Poland and 290.1 thousand pcs. on foreign markets). As of end of 3Q 2019, the number of active sports cards amounted to 1,336.1 thousand pcs. (of which 1,046.5 thousand pcs. in Poland and 289.6 thousand pcs. on foreign markets). As of 1 October 2020, the number of active sports cards in the capital group of the Company amounted to 1,109.2 thousand pcs. (of which 807.8 thousand pcs. in Poland and 301.3 thousand pcs. on foreign markets). |
