The Management Board of the company under the name of Black Pearl Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that on June 28, 2024, Mr. Arkadiusz Trela resigned from the function of the President of the management Board of the Issuer and from sitting on the Management Board of the Company effective as of the end of day June 30, 2024.

§ 3 sec. 1 point 7) of Appendix No. 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market"

Zarząd spółki pod firmą Black Pearl Spółka Akcyjna z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka", „Emitent"), niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 28 czerwca 2024 r. Pan Arkadiusz Trela zrezygnował z pełnienia funkcji Prezesa Zarządu Emitenta oraz zasiadania w Zarządzie Spółki z końcem dnia 30 czerwca 2024 r.
