Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje, że w dniu 17 września 2024 r. otrzymał od Meta Platforms Technologies LLC. [„Meta”] informację o podpisaniu umowy dot. współfinansowania nowej gry Emitenta o nazwie kodowej Projekt Hermes [„Gra”].

Gra jest grą z kategorii symulatorów.

W związku z podpisaniem umowy na finansowanie Gry z Meta, obecna faza dot. prowadzenia przez Emitenta prac nad prototypem i demem Gry została zakończona, a Emitent rozpoczął etap produkcji Gry vertical slice. Celem vertical slice'a jest uzyskanie reprezentatywnego, w pełni funkcjonalnego fragmentu nowego tytułu, prezentującego m.in. kluczowe mechaniki Gry, jej stylistykę oraz interfejs użytkownika.

Zamiarem Emitenta jest udostępnienie ww. fragmentu Gry do końca 2024 r. Emitent szacuje, iż produkcja Gry powinna zakończyć się w 2026 r. Dokładny termin premiery Gry zostanie podany do publicznej wiadomości za pośrednictwem odrębnego raportu bieżącego ESPI.

Zgodnie z zawartą umową – Meta będzie finansowała znaczną część budżetu projektu oraz zapewniała wsparcie marketingowe.

Emitent uznał ww. informację za istotną z uwagi na fakt, iż zdaniem Emitenta rozpoczęcie prac nad nowym projektem oraz podpisanie umowy z Meta może mieć pozytywny wpływ na przyszłe wyniki finansowe Emitenta.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Title: Information regarding the production and financing of the new Hermes project Report: The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A., headquartered in Chorzow [“Company”, “Issuer”] informs that on September 17, 2024, it received information from Meta Platforms Technologies LLC ["Meta"] regarding the signing of an agreement to co-finance the Issuer's new game, code-named Project Hermes [the "Game"]. The Game is a simulator. As a result of the signing of the agreement for the Game's financing with Meta, the current phase of the Issuer's work on the prototype and demo of the Game has been completed, and the Issuer has commenced the production phase of the Game’s vertical slice. The aim of the vertical slice is to deliver a representative, fully functional segment of the new title, showcasing key mechanics of the Game, its style, and user interface. The Issuer intends to release the aforementioned segment of the Game by the end of 2024. The Issuer estimates that the Game’s production will be completed by 2026. The exact release date of the Game will be publicly announced through a separate ESPI current report. According to the agreement, Meta will finance a significant portion of the project’s budget and provide marketing support. The Issuer considers the above information significant due to the fact that, in the Issuer's opinion, the commencement of work on the new project and the signing of the agreement with Meta may have a positive impact on the Issuer's future financial result.
