| Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje, że wyznaczył datę premiery gry Crimen - Mercenary Tales w wersji na platformę PlayStation VR2 [„Gra”] na dzień 13 września 2024 roku. Gra będzie dostępna w regionach SIEE [Europa] oraz SIEA [Ameryka Północna]. Zarząd Spółki wskazuje jednocześnie, iż Crimen - Mercenary Tales w wersji na platformę PlayStation VR2 jest pierwszą grą, w której Emitent pełni rolę zarówno developera jak i wydawcy Gry. Emitent uznał ww. informację za istotną z uwagi na fakt, iż premiera Gry na nowej platformie może mieć istotny wpływ na wyniki finansowe Emitenta. |

| Title: Information on setting a release date for Crimen - Mercenary Tales on PlayStation VR2 Report: The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A., headquartered in Chorzow [“Company”, “Issuer”] announces that it has set the release date for the PlayStation VR2 version of Crimen - Mercenary Tales [“Game”] as September 13, 2024. The Game will be available in the SIEE [Europe] and SIEA [North America] regions. At the same time, the Company's Management Board points out that Crimen - Mercenary Tales in the PlayStation VR2 platform version is the first game in which the Issuer acts as both developer and publisher of the Game. The Issuer considers the above information significant due to the fact that the release of the Game on a new platform may have a significant impact on the Issuer's financial results.
