| Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 14/2024 opublikowanego w dniu 23 września 2024 r. informuje, że w dniu 30 grudnia 2024 roku zawarta została umowa pomiędzy Emitentem a Polską Agencją Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości [„PARP”] na realizację projektu „MAGOS [Multiplatform Automatic Graphic Optimisation System] – Zautomatyzowane narzędzie do optymalizacji kolekcji graficznych w grach VR” [”Projekt”]. Zgodnie z informacjami, o których Emitent informował w ww. raporcie bieżącym ESPI Projekt Emitenta został wybrany w ramach naboru Ścieżka SMART finansowanego z programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki [FENG.01.01-IP.02-002/23]. Zgodnie z zawartą umową kwota dofinansowania Projektu wynosi 4 117 518,75 zł, a całkowity koszt realizacji Projektu wynosi 5 642 201,25 zł. Głównym celem Projektu jest przeprowadzenie przez Emitenta prac badawczo-rozwojowych, których rezultatem będzie opracowanie innowacji procesowej - nowej technologii w postaci opartego na sztucznej inteligencji systemu do zautomatyzowanej optymalizacji gier VR pod różne platformy sprzętowe [wliczając w to zarówno obecnie dostępne oraz przyszłe platformy sprzętowe VR]. Zarząd Emitenta uznał ww. informację za informację poufną ze względu na wartość Projektu i wartość dofinansowania oraz na fakt, iż realizacja Projektu może pozytywnie wpłynąć na sytuację gospodarczą i finansową Emitenta. |
