Zarząd Spółki CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej Spółka) informuje, że wczoraj w godzinach popołudniowych Spółka otrzymała od członka Rady Nadzorczej, Pana Serge Telle oświadczenie o rezygnacji z członkostwa w Radzie Nadzorczej Spółki z dniem 31grudnia 2024 r. Zgodnie z treścią rezygnacji, została ona złożona z przyczyn osobistych.

Podstawa prawna:
§ 3 ust. 1 pkt 7 ) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby informs that yesterday afternoon the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Serge Telle, a statement of resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company as of December 31, 2024. According to the content of the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.

§ 3 (1) (7 ) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
