Zarząd Enea S.A. informuje, że 11 grudnia 2025 roku, w wyniku aukcji rynku mocy na rok dostaw 2030 (aukcja główna), zakontraktowanych zostało łącznie nie mniej niż 661 MW obowiązku mocowego dla jednostek należących do Grupy Enea. Cena zamknięcia aukcji, która zakończyła się w rundzie 2 mieści się w przedziale od 511,51 zł/kW/rok do 465,03zł/kW/rok. Portfel umów mocowych Grupy Enea został uzupełniony o nie mniej niż 661 MW, w ramach odnowionych kontraktów jednorocznych i obecnie wynosi nie mniej niż 3 600 MW na rok 2030. Powyższe obowiązki mocowe nie są ostatecznymi wynikami aukcji mocy. Wstępne wyniki aukcji zostaną opublikowane w terminie 3 dni roboczych od dnia jej zakończenia. Ostateczne wyniki aukcji mocy ogłasza Prezes Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej na swojej stronie internetowej, w pierwszym dniu roboczym następującym po 21 dniu od dnia zakończenia aukcji mocy. |

Subject: Information on the outcome of the capacity market auction for 2030 Legal Basis: Article 17(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation – inside information Body of the report: The Enea S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 11 December 2025, in consequence of the capacity market auction for the 2030 deliveries (primary auction), a total of not less than 661 MW of the capacity obligation was contracted for members of the Enea Group. The closing price of the auction, which was completed in the second round, is within the range between PLN 511.51 per kW per year and PLN 465.03 per kW per year. The Enea Group’s portfolio of capacity contracts has been supplemented with at least 661 MW under renewed one-year contracts, having reached a total of not less than 3,600 MW for 2030. These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome of the capacity auction. Preliminary results of the auction will be published within 3 business days of its completion. The final outcome of the capacity auction will be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the authority’s Public Information Bulletin on the business day immediately following the 21st day after the completion of the capacity auction. |
