Zarząd Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") informuje, że przesunięty zostaje termin publikacji skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za trzeci kwartał 2017 rok z 14 listopada 2017 roku na 13 listopada 2017 roku.

Podstawa prawna: § 103 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

	Subject: Change in the date of publication of consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2017 The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“GTC”) hereby announces that there is a change in the date of the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2017 from 14 November 2017 to 13 November 2017. Legal grounds: §103 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union.
