Huuuge, Inc. (“Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 15 czerwca 2022 r., Grzegorz Kania, Dyrektor Finansowy Grupy Huuuge oraz Emitent zawarli porozumienie o zakończeniu współpracy Grzegorza Kani z Emitentem w charakterze Dyrektora FInansowego z dniem 15 czerwca 2022 r. W związku z tym Grzegorz Kania przestał pełnić także funkcję Skarbnika Emitenta.

Funkcję Dyrektora Finansowego będzie tymczasowo pełnił Marek Chwałek, Wiceprezes Zarządu ds. Finansów, a formalne uprawnienia Dyrektora Finansowego będą tymczasowo przejęte przez Wiceprezesa Zarządu ds. Finansów oraz Współdyrektorów Generalnych.

Marek Chwałek pełni funkcję wiceprezesa ds. finansów w Huuuge od 2015 r. Obecnie nadzoruje on część zadań finansowych w grupie Huuuge oraz jest członkiem zarządu polskiego oddziału spółki.

Group's Chief Financial Officer and the Issuer reached a mutual
agreement to end Grzegorz Kania’s tenure with the Issuer, effective June
15th, 2022. Concurrently, Mr. Kania’s tenure as Issurer’s Treasurer came
to an end.</font></span> </b>
