Legal basis: Article 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments

IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 9 October 2013 it has been notified by its Management Board member Birgit Noggler (CFO) on the acquisition on 7 October 2013 of 10,000 Company’s shares at the price of 3.05 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 30,500 Euro).
And on 9 October 2013 the company has been notified also by its Management Board Member Birgit Noggler on the acquisition on 8 October 2013 of 10,000 shares at the price of 3.00 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 30,000 Euro).
