(hereinafter “the Company”) hereby announces that on 15 July 2022 Mrs. Pieternel Boogaard submitted a written notice of resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company due to the inability of the Company to extend Directors' and Officers' liability insurance. The resignation will become effective within 60 days following the receipt of the written notice by the Company. The Company shall announce the effective resignation date of Mrs. Boogaard in a separate notification.
