| Zarząd spółki mBank S.A. („Bank”) informuje, że dniu 14 października 2024 r. dr Bettina Orlopp złożyła rezygnację z funkcji członka rady nadzorczej Banku z dniem 12 grudnia 2024 r. Komisja ds. wynagrodzeń i nominacji rady nadzorczej zarekomendowała kandydaturę Michaela Kotzbauera na zwalniane miejsce. Jego powołanie w skład rady nadzorczej Banku jest uzależnione od pozytywnej oceny odpowiedniości. Michael Kotzbauer pełni funkcję wiceprezesa zarządu Commerzbanku AG odpowiedzialnego za segment klientów korporacyjnych. |
