| Zarząd spółki mBank S.A. w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 22/2024 z 26.04.2024 r. informuje, że w dniu 5 czerwca 2024 roku Rada Nadzorcza mBanku S.A. warunkowo powołała Pana Cezarego Kocika na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu mBanku S.A. Pan Cezary Kocik obejmie funkcję Prezesa Zarządu mBanku S.A. po uzyskaniu zgody Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego oraz po zakończeniu pełnienia funkcji przez obecnego Prezesa Zarządu – Pana Cezarego Stypułkowskiego. Informacja o Panu Cezarym Kociku została przedstawiona w raporcie bieżącym nr 15/2024 z 27 marca 2024 r. |
