| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 10/2014 z dnia 11 kwietnia 2014 r. Zarząd Reinhold Europe AB (Spółka) informuje, że raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny Spółki za rok obrotowy 2013 zostanie opublikowany z opóźnieniem. Nowy termin publikacji raportu to 15 maja 2014 r. Opóźnienie jest wynikiem nieprzekazania Spółce raportu w umówionym wcześniej terminie przez zewnętrzny podmiot świadczący obsługę księgową na rzecz Spółki, co spowodowało z kolei opóźnienie prac audytora badającego sprawozdania. Zarząd Spółki dołoży wszelkich starań, by termin publikacji raportu rocznego nie uległ dalszym zmianom. ________________________________________________________________________________________ In reference to the cuurent report 10/2014 dated 11 April 2014, the Board of directors of Reinhold Europe AB (Company) informs that the annual report and consolidated annual report of the Company for the financial year 2013 will be published with a delay. The new date for publishing the report is 15th May 2014. The delay is as a result of the delays in preparation of the report by the external company responsible for the accounting of the Company which has resulted in the subsequent delay in the work of the auditor. The Board of Directors will do its utmost to ensure no further delays will take place. |
