| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 5/2023 z dnia 20 stycznia 2023 r., informuje, że w dniu 20 stycznia 2023 r. Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW„) podjął uchwałę nr 51/2023 w sprawie dopuszczenia i wprowadzenia do obrotu giełdowego na głównym rynku GPW akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii J Spółki, zgodnie z którą Zarząd GPW stwierdził, że do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym dopuszczonych jest 4.764.674 (cztery miliony siedemset sześćdziesiąt cztery tysiące sześćset siedemdziesiąt cztery) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii J Emitenta, o wartości nominalnej 0,40 zł każda, oznaczonych kodem ISIN PLSELVT00013 („Akcje Serii J”). Zarząd GPW postanowił wprowadzić z dniem 25 stycznia 2023 r. Akcje Serii J do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym, pod warunkiem dokonania przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w dniu 25 stycznia 2023 r. rejestracji Akcji Serii J i oznaczenia ich kodem PLSELVT00013. |

| Admission and introduction of the series J shares of the Company to trading on the regulated market of the WSE The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Issuer"), with reference to current report No. 5/2023 of January 20th, 2023 informs that on January 20th, 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. adopted Resolution No. 51/2023 on the admission and the introduction to exchange trading on the main market of the WSE of series J ordinary bearer shares of the Company, pursuant to which the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. stated that 4,764,674 (four million seven hundred sixty-four thousand six hundred seventyfour) series J ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer with a nominal value of PLN 0.40 each with ISIN code PLSELVT00013 ("Series J Shares") are admitted to exchange trading on the main market. The WSE Management Board decided to introduce on January 25th, 2023 the Series J Shares to exchange trading on the main market, subject to the registration of the Series J Shares by the National Depository for Securities S.A. with the ISIN code PLSELVT00013 on January 25th, 2023. |
