| Zarząd Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") informuje, że otrzymał informację, że Rada Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego podjęła Uchwałę nr 14/2023 z dnia 21 kwietnia 2023 r. określającą wysokość składki na fundusz przymusowej restrukturyzacji należnej od Banku w 2023 r. (uwzględniającą korektę składki naliczonej za 2022 r.) w kwocie 158 998 462,71 zł. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR). |

("the Bank") hereby informs that it received an information that the Bank Guarantee Fund (Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny) adopted the Resolution of the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund no. 14/2023 dated 21 April 2023 specifying the amount of PLN 158 998 462.71 as Bank's contribution to the resolution fund in 2023 (the amount includes the correction of the calculated contribution for 2022).Legal basis: Art. 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR) |
