| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent") niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 10 stycznia 2022 r. spółka zależna Emitenta – Selvita Inc. otrzymała od spółki biotechnologicznej z siedzibą w Stanach Zjednoczonych ("Klient") zlecenie na podstawie umowy ramowej, która została zawarta z Klientem w dniu 22 sierpnia 2016 r. ("Umowa"), którego przedmiotem jest wsparcie platformy odkrywania leków Klienta w zakresie chemii medycznej polegające na syntezie związków chemicznych wskazanych przez Klienta. Wartość zlecenia, które będzie realizowane w ciągu najbliższych 12 miesięcy, wynosi 4.717.440 USD (18.899.951,61 PLN przeliczonych po kursie średnim NBP 1 USD = 4,0064 PLN z dnia 10 stycznia 2022 r.). Współpraca Emitenta z Klientem trwa od 2016 r., a o uprzednim rozszerzeniu współpracy z Klientem Emitent informował w raporcie bieżącym nr 4/2020 z dnia 19 lutego 2020 r. Emitent wskazuje, że otrzymane zlecenie jest jednym z największych pojedynczych zleceń otrzymanych przez Emitenta. Z uwagi na wartość zlecenia, a także fakt istotnego rozszerzenia współpracy z Klientem, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje zlecenie jako znaczące. |

| Receipt of the work order by the Issuer’s subsidiary under a significant agreement The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow ("Issuer") hereby informs that on January 10, 2022 the Issuer's subsidiary - Selvita Inc. received from a biotechnology company based in the United States (the "Customer") a work order under a framework agreement concluded with the Customer on August 22, 2016 ("Agreement"), the subject of which is to provide support for the Customer’s drug discovery platform in the field of medicinal chemistry, involving synthesis of chemical compounds indicated by the Client.The value of the work order, which is to be executed over the following 12 months, amounts to USD 4,717,440 (18,899,951.61 PLN converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland 1 USD = 4.0064 PLN as of January 10, 2022). The Issuer's cooperation with the Customer has been ongoing since 2016, and the Issuer informed about the previous extension of cooperation with the Customer in the current report No. 4/2020 dated 19 February, 2020. The Issuer indicates that the received work order is one of the largest single work orders received by the Issuer to date. Considering the value of the work order, as well as the fact of a notable extension of cooperation with the Client, the Management Board of the Issuer considers the work order to be significant. |
