| Działając zgodnie z §80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] („Rozporządzenie”) Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY plc („Emitent”, „Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2020. Raport roczny za rok 2019 r. - 25 marca 2020 r. Raport za I kwartał 2020 r. - 15 maja 2020 r. Raport za I półrocze 2020 r. - 14 sierpnia 2020 r. Raport za III kwartał 2020 r. - 13 listopada 2020 r. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że na podstawie §60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie przekazywał jednostkowych śródrocznych raportów okresowych, a jedynie skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne i półroczne. Ponadto, zgodnie z §79 ust. 10 Rozporządzenia, Emitent informuje, że skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej zostanie przekazane przez Spółkę w dniu 29 maja 2020 r. |

Annual Report for 2019 – March 25, 2020 Report for the 1st quarter of 2020 – May 15, 2020 Semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2020 – August 14, 2020 Report for the 3rd quarter of 2020 – November 13, 2020 Furthermore, the Issuer announces that it will not publish stand-alone interim periodic reports and it will only publish consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports in accordance with Article 60 (3) of the Regulation. Moreover, pursuant to Article 79 (10) of the Regulation the Issuer announces that a consolidated report on payments to the public administration will be published by the Company on May 29, 2020. |
