| Działając zgodnie z §80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] („Rozporządzenie”) Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY plc („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2022. Raport roczny za rok 2021 r. - 21 marca 2022 r. Raport za I kwartał 2022 r. - 12 maja 2022 r. Raport za I półrocze 2022 r. - 15 sierpnia 2022 r. Raport za III kwartał 2022 r. - 28 listopada 2022 r. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że na podstawie §60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie przekazywała jednostkowych śródrocznych raportów okresowych, a jedynie skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne i półroczne. Ponadto, zgodnie z §79 ust. 10 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej zostanie przekazane przez Spółkę w dniu 31 maja 2022 r. |

Annual Report for 2021– March 21, 2022 Report for the 1st quarter of 2022 – May 12, 2022 Semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2022 – August 15, 2022 Report for the 3rd quarter of 2022 – November 28, 2022 Furthermore, the Company announces that it will not publish stand-alone interim periodic reports and it will only publish consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports in accordance with Article 60 (3) of the Regulation. Moreover, pursuant to Article 79 (10) of the Regulation the Company announces that a consolidated report on payments to the public administration will be published by the Company on 31 May 2022. |
